Shipping Policy

At B&B Botanicals, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all products throughout the USA, where Kratom is legal.

Shipping is provided via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Please note that we do not ship to states, counties, or cities where Kratom is restricted or banned. This includes, but is not limited to, Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County (FL), San Diego (CA), and Denver (CO). Make sure to check your local laws before purchasing.

For states where Kratom is legal, the legal purchase age may be 18 or 21, depending on the state’s law. In Missouri, the legal age to purchase is 18.
